Swimming Pool Conversion
Our client owned a swimming pool inside a purpose made building constructed some 40 years ago. The pool was unused for many years until we were commissioned to draw up designs to convert it into habitable accommodation. We achieved planning consent to create a two-bedroom maisonette, and created interesting spaces on three levels with a garden terrace.

We removed the end of the swimming pool to extend the living accommodation onto a garden terrace.
The floor of the living area is the bottom of the original pool, with 5m ceiling height. The bedrooms are at first floor level at either end of the living space.
